Interface Security systems connects your home and business to our 24 Alarm Receiving Centre.  We always know when your system has been activated and can call you, your key-holders or summon the Police or Fire Brigade if required. We can even monitor when your alarm is set and/or unset. Help is summoned without delay.

How the system works:

• When the alarm is triggered it signals our Alarm Receiving Centre
• We inform you, your key holder or emergency services if required
• If a second confirmation signal is received we contact police

Cost effective 24 hour CCTV monitoring 

Remotely monitored CCTV provides live on-the-ground site protection without the huge costs typically associated with 24- hour manned cover.

How the system works:

• Motion detectors connect to cameras linked to 24-hour remote monitoring control centre.
• Movement detected on site via high-speed broadband and wireless 3G connections.
• Triggered alarm/detector transmits images via high speed broadband and wireless 3G connections to a specialist 24-hour Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC).

If the images indicate a problem, the trained operators will manage the incident by accessing a site plan and immediately issuing a verbal audio warning to any intruder through onsite speakers.

If necessary, operators will alert the emergency services. They will provide a priority response because the incident has been visually confirmed.
